Position Summary

We are seeking a part time motivated treatment coordinator /dental assistant with at least 1 year of experience to deliver outstanding front-desk support. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless experience

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and coordinate patient communications
• Process payments, verify insurance benefits, and handle billing questions
• Maintain accurate patient records using digital practice management software
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional care -back office dental assistant help as needed , must be xray certified

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental treatment coordinator/dental assistant
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude, team player, and commitment to patient satisfaction
