Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventative treatments
• Take and review radiographs to assess oral health
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care
• Review medical and dental histories to identify risks
• Assist the dentist with exams and treatment planning
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Dental Hygienist
• Valid Dental Hygienist license
• CPR certification (required)
• Preferred certifications: Laser Certification, Local Anesthesia, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring
• Commitment to continuing education credits
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a busy practice
