Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk activities
• Schedule and confirm appointments for Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Handle phone calls and patient inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information
• Assist with billing and payment processing as needed
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental reception or front-desk experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
