Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant with 3+ years of experience in a family-owned dental practice. Join our team Monday through Friday in a friendly, team-oriented environment where collaborative decision-making and positive patient experiences are our top priorities.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform dental X-rays and maintain imaging records
• Take digital and traditional impressions
• Execute sterilization and infection control procedures
• Provide chairside assistance during restorative and preventive treatments
• Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
• Assist with composite and amalgam procedures
• Coordinate patient care and prepare treatment rooms

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in dental assisting or a similar role
• Dental Assistant Certification required
• DANB X-ray Certification required
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
