Overview

Our practice, led by the highly skilled Dr. Jennette Olson, prides itself on a fee-for-service model that prioritizes quality and craftsmanship. We utilize advanced technologies, including digital scanning and Pearl AI, to enhance the precision and comfort of our dental care. As part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to focus on one-on-one patient care, spending ample time with each patient—one hour for recall appointments and 1.5 hours for new patients.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with a strong foundation in hygiene practices, including:

• Patient recall
• Digital radiography
• Treatment planning
• Experience with dental practice management software and comfort with scanning for night guards is desired.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and local anesthesia certification are required.
• Additionally, our ideal candidate will be willing to step up and assist where needed, as we prioritize teamwork and collaboration in our close-knit environment.

Schedule

The position requires your presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with a one-hour lunch break scheduled daily from 12 PM to 1 PM, ensuring our hygienists are well-rested and prepared to deliver exceptional care. Compensation and Benefits
