Dental General Assistant – $20–$24/hr + Benefits & Monthly Bonuses

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Dental General Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join our friendly, patient-centered practice. You'll support our clinical team in delivering exceptional care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
• Capture and process digital and traditional impressions
• Take and develop high-quality X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification preferred)
• Fabricate temporary crowns and assist with restorative procedures
• Perform sterilization and infection control protocols
• Utilize Open Dental Software for scheduling and patient records

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
• Dental Assistant Certification required
• DANB X-ray Certification preferred
• Proficiency with Open Dental Software
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
