Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental front desk role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with dental terminology, insurance verification, and practice management software
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset
