Primary Responsibilities (Back Office)

• Chairside assisting for restorative, surgical, and hygiene procedures
• Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Assist with treatment presentation support
• Ensure patient comfort and positive clinical experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Bonus Skills (Front Office Cross-Training)

• Checking patients in/out
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Reviewing treatment plans and financial arrangements
• Insurance verification or basic billing knowledge
• Answering phones professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience required
• X-ray certification required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Professional communication with patients and team
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
