We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with a patient-centered approach, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. While we are willing to train, prior experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by preparing instruments and materials, ensuring a sterile environment, and providing chairside support.
• Manage patient records and appointments using EMR systems OpenDental and XDR while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Perform X-rays and assist in dental imaging, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care.
• Maintain a clean and organized area, handling patient inquiries and coordinating with dental staff.
• Help check in and out patients.
• Help answer phone when not assisting.

Compensation

• Salary: $16 - $23 per hour
