Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional approach
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations via phone and email
• Handle multi-line phone system, directing calls and answering inquiries
• Maintain and update patient records and insurance information
• Process payments, claims, and billing transactions accurately
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow
• Support administrative tasks and uphold office protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental receptionist experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
