Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Perform thorough cleanings, scaling, and root planing.
• Patient Education: Motivate and educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and systemic health.
• Diagnostics: Capture high-quality digital X-rays and perform oral cancer screenings.
• Collaboration: Work with the dentist to develop personalized periodontal treatment plans.

Requirements

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an ADA-accredited hygiene program.
• Licensure: Active WA Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and a compassionate bedside manner.
