Position Overview

Join our patient-centered, growth-oriented dental practice as a Dental Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our team. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting daily operations and fostering a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify insurance eligibility, process claims, and collect co-pays or payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidential information is handled correctly
• Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries regarding treatments, billing, and policies
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize patient flow and support a seamless office experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar front-desk role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-first mindset
• Proficiency with dental practice management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental insurance plans, billing procedures, and claims processing
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Incentives

• Competitive salary ranging from $31,000 to $50,000 per year
