Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care: Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including exams, fillings, crowns, and preventive care. WE HAVE HYGENIESTS!
• Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients of all ages to ensure optimal oral health outcomes.
• Clinical Autonomy: Maintain full control over your clinical decisions and treatment planning while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Team Leadership: Participate in daily huddles and work closely with our hygienists and dental assistants to maintain a smooth office flow.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD: Degree from an accredited dental education program.
• Licensure: Current, valid license to practice dentistry in WA.
• Certifications: Active CPR and DEA certifications.

Compensation

• Salary: $290,000 - $450,000 per year
• Signing Bonus: $5,000 - $8,000
