Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments using our digital management system
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with claims processing
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Collaborate closely with clinical staff to deliver seamless patient care
