Overview

We’re seeking an Experienced Patient Coordinator with 6+ years of hands-on experience to join our team-oriented, patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk operations
• Schedule and confirm appointments across Monday–Friday
• Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism
• Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with billing inquiries
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and files
• Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with clinical staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a dental receptionist
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with dental practice management software and MS Office
• Patient-centered approach and a team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: 16 – 24 USD per hour, or based on experience
