Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
• Answer phones, address patient inquiries, and handle insurance verifications
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Process billing, payments, and daily financial reports
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role
• Proficiency with dental practice management software
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
