About the Role

We’re seeking a Lead Dental Assistant with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growth-oriented, patient-centered practice. You’ll work in a team-oriented environment alongside skilled professionals, helping deliver exceptional care and create positive patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of procedures, including composite and amalgam restorations
• Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
• Take and develop digital/traditional impressions
• Perform X-rays (DANB X-ray Certification preferred)
• Coordinate patient care and manage treatment flow
• Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure a safe environment
• Support CEREC workflows and implant procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dental assistant experience, with implant knowledge preferred
• Dental Assistant Certification
• DANB X-ray Certification (required or in progress)
• Coronal Polish Certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in Dentrix software and CEREC systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Compensation

• Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
• Competitive hourly pay: $23 - $27 per hour
