Position Overview

Join our forward-thinking dental practice as a Dental Receptionist, where state-of-the-art technology meets a team-oriented culture. Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and confirm appointments, handling changes and cancellations efficiently
• Verify patient insurance and collect co-payments accurately
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and relay messages promptly

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a dental or medical receptionist
• Proficiency with Dentrix or similar practice management software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8am to 4:30pm and Thursday 8am to 3:30pm

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay: 23 - 26 per hour depending on experience
