Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist with 3+ years of dental or medical front desk experience. As the welcoming face of our practice, you'll deliver exceptional patient care in a friendly, positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling across Monday through Saturday (Friday and Saturday alternate)
• Verify insurance coverage
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts
• Coordinate communication between patients and clinicians

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dental reception or related experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with dental software
• Patient-centered mindset with keen attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
