About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments
• Diagnose oral health issues and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize digital imaging and modern diagnostic tools for accurate assessments
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold all safety and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active NJ dental license in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical dentistry experience
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Proficiency with CEREC and iTero

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time or full-time availability, primarily Tuesdays and Saturdays with flexible hours

Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year for full time. Part time is prorated.
