Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with warmth and professionalism
• Coordinate treatment planning schedules and update patient records
• Verify insurance coverage, including Medicaid and PPO plans
• File and process insurance claims accurately and promptly
• Handle billing inquiries and support payment collection
• Provide Spanish-speaking assistance for diverse patient needs
• Maintain a well-organized, efficient front-desk environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a dental receptionist or front-desk coordinator
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid, PPO insurance verification, and claims processing
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities
• Positive attitude and commitment to a patient-centered approach
