Experienced Dental Receptionist – $25-$30/hr, PTO & 401k

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming experience
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient visits
• Verify insurance benefits (including Medicaid and fillable insurance plans)
• Assist with treatment planning coordination and patient communication
• Process patient payments (cash, insurance co-pays) and maintain accurate records
• Answer phones, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of dental receptionist/front-desk experience
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking & writing)
• Proficient in insurance verification, Medicaid processes, and cash/insurance billing
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Patient-focused attitude with a friendly, professional demeanor

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly pay: $25 - $30 per hour
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
