Position Overview

Are you a skilled Dental Assistant with over 3 years of experience in implant procedures? What You’ll Do

• Assist in root canal procedures and emergency endodontic care
• Prepare and handle rotary instruments, apex locators, and endodontic X-ray equipment
• Manage instrument sterilization and setup for each patient
• Support patient anxiety management with empathy and clear communication
• Coordinate implant assistance—our core business focus
• Ensure a clean, organized operatory and maintain compliance with infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Endodontic Assistant
• Endodontic Assistant Certification and X-ray Certification required
• CDIPC certification preferred; RDA credential a plus
• Proven dental implant experience in a luxury practice
• Bilingual skills highly desirable
• Proactive, timely, friendly, and a true team player

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly pay: 19 – 22 per hour
• Flexible schedule: Monday through Thursday
