About the Role

As an OMS or Regular Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our oral and maxillofacial surgery team. You will ensure seamless patient care by preparing surgical areas, assisting during procedures, and helping patients through recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile operating rooms and instruments
• Assist surgeons during oral and maxillofacial procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort pre- and post-operative
• Manage surgical supplies, inventory, and equipment sterilization
• Update patient records, document treatment details, and handle lab submissions
• Coordinate efficiently with dental staff, surgeons, and administrative teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as an OMS Assistant or in a related dental surgical support role
• In-depth knowledge of sterilization protocols and surgical instrumentation
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a rotating schedule
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills

Schedule

We operate on a 3.5-day workweek, with two alternating shifts:

• Shift A: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and half Saturday (mornings)
• Shift B: Half Saturday (afternoons), Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
