Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmation across multiple platforms
• Handle patient inquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data privacy compliance
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payment processing
• Coordinate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times
• Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or medical reception role
• Proficient with practice management software and general office technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a collaborative mindset

Schedule & Compensation

• Work days: Tuesday through Saturday
• Hourly pay range: $18 - $25 per hour
