• Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
• Handle inbound calls and coordinate referrals
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Who You Are

• Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Previous dental receptionist or front-desk experience is a plus
• Proficient with practice management software and Microsoft Office

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday–Thursday schedule for optimal work-life balance
• Hourly pay range: 26–30 per hour (depending on experience)
