Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate New Graduate Dental Hygienist to join our friendly, team-oriented practice. You’ll deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive mentorship environment, helping patients achieve optimal oral health while developing your clinical skills.

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and take radiographs
• Educate patients on preventative treatment and home care techniques
• Assist with treatment planning and patient consultations
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient experiences

Who You Are

• Recent graduate from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Dental Hygienist
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a supportive, team-based setting

Compensation & Bonuses

• Hourly pay range: $60 - $68 per hour
• Sign-on bonus upon hire
• Production bonuses and Invisalign case bonuses
