Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression
• Schedule and confirm appointments Monday through Friday
• Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage patient communications
• Maintain and update patient records in our digital system
• Coordinate insurance verifications and process billing inquiries
• Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and minimize wait times
• Some treatment planning

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (dental office experience preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Comfortable using practice management software and state-of-the-art dental technology
• Professional, patient-centered attitude and the ability to handle confidential information
