What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and manage check-in/out processes in a warm, efficient manner
• Handle multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments, and manage the daily calendar
• Navigate dental insurance plans, verify coverage, and process claims with accuracy
• Present treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and confidently
• Maintain patient records, update charts, and ensure data confidentiality
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and optimize office efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a dental receptionist in a fast-paced practice
• Strong multitasking skills and excellent verbal/written communication
• In-depth insurance knowledge and claims processing expertise
• Ability to explain treatment plans and answer patient questions professionally
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
