Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Assistant to join our growth-oriented, patient-centered dental practice. This full-time role (Monday–Friday) offers competitive pay and generous benefits in a supportive environment focused on continuous learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during general and periodontal procedures
• Capture digital X-rays using DEXIS sensors
• Take digital and traditional impressions
• Fabricate and place temporary crowns
• Assist with composite and amalgam restorations
• Perform sterilization and infection control duties
• Coordinate patient care and ensure a positive experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of dental assisting experience
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Proficiency with digital X-ray systems (DEXIS) and Dentrix software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
