About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Associate Dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our growing practice. You’ll work a consistent schedule—Monday through Thursday—providing high-quality dental care in a supportive environment that values continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
• Educate patients on oral health best practices and preventative care
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to optimize patient experience
• Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold infection control standards

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
