Key Responsibilities

• Assist the oral and maxillofacial surgeon during procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Manage patient flow by greeting and reassuring patients
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and ensure comfort
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate closely with clinical and support staff to uphold a seamless workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of OMS assisting experience
• Strong understanding of surgical protocols and sterilization techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
