Position Overview

We’re seeking a New Graduate Dental Hygienist to join our practice. You’ll work Monday through Thursday in a supportive environment that values professional growth, patient education, and preventative care.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Capture and interpret radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and preventative treatment
• Conduct oral health assessments and contribute to treatment planning
• Maintain thorough setup and take-down routines for hour-long appointments
• Collaborate with assistants during staggered schedules when needed

Requirements

• Dental hygiene degree and relevant licensure
• New graduate or entry-level experience welcome
• Proficiency with loupes and headlight (required)
• Strong communication skills and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to manage a structured schedule with hour-long appointments and lunch breaks
