Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings, SRP, and periodontal maintenance for a general patient population
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and capture radiographs using DentalAI and Overjet
• Administer preventative treatments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care strategies
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members in a patient-centered environment
• Document patient records and treatment notes accurately within dental practice software

Requirements

Required:

• Active Washington State RDH license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date — new graduates welcome)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong commitment to preventive care and patient education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with SRP and periodontal therapy
• Local anesthesia permit
• Comfort with AI-assisted dental technology such as DentalAI and Overjet

Compensation & Benefits

• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Hourly Rate: 60 - 65 per hour
