Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant with a strong background in dental practice and a passion for patient care. If you have 3+ years of experience and thrive in a team-oriented, patient-centered environment with a focus on work-life balance, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliable chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
• Capture high-quality digital and traditional impressions
• Perform dental X-rays in accordance with safety protocols
• Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Coordinate patient care, appointments, and follow-up communication

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification and Dental Assistant Certification required
• RDA and/or EFDA Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and sterilization techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $19 - $26 per hour
