Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist with 1+ years of experience to join our growth-oriented practice. You’ll work in a friendly, privately owned office with a positive atmosphere and equipped with state-of-the-art technology to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
• Provide preventative treatments and patient education
• Administer local anesthesia
• Dentrix Ascend, 60-minute appointments, Assisted Hygiene

Requirements

Required:

• 1+ years of professional dental hygiene experience
• Valid Illinois Dental Hygiene License (RDH)
• BLS/CPR certification
• X-ray certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach

Preferred:

• Nitrous oxide permit
• Experience with perio charting and implant maintenance

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $55 - $65 per hour Per Patient Bonus Potential
• Flexible weekday shifts (2 per week)
• Every other Saturday shift
