About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist with 1+ years of experience to join our team-oriented, patient-focused practice. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from scheduling to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and email
• Verify insurance information and process eligibility checks
• Collect co-payments and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to optimize patient flow
• Assist with general office tasks and correspondence

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with dental practice management software is a plus
