Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and evaluate endodontic X-rays to ensure diagnostic clarity
• Assist the endodontist during root canal procedures, managing suction, irrigants, and patient comfort
• Prepare, organize, and sterilize instruments and materials prior to treatments
• Maintain and troubleshoot endodontic equipment and ensure compliance with infection-control protocols
• Collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient flow and experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience, preferably in endodontics
• X-ray Certification required
• Proficiency in instrument preparation, aseptic technique, and chairside assistance
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Culture

• Monday through Friday, full-time
