Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Perform Restorative, Preventive, 1st Molar Endodontics, Extractions, Crowns, Dentures, and Bridges with precision and care
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive measures
• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and safety
• Utilize state-of-the-art dental technology and digital workflows — including Dentrix Ascend practice management software and digital imaging — to enhance treatment outcomes and patient comfort

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Current state dental licensure and compliance with continuing education requirements
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation & Benefits

• Two weekday shifts per week: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible schedule options available)
• Competitive hourly pay range: $100 - $125 per hour Plus production bonuses.
