About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Perform radiographs, cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventative treatments
• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments
• Educate patients on oral-systemic health and home care strategies
• Build lasting relationships through patient-centered care
• Collaborate closely with doctors and the clinical team using modern technology (DentalAI, Overjet)

What We’re Looking For

• Active WA RDH license
• Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar software
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• New graduates welcome

Schedule

• Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible scheduling)
