We are looking for an exceptional person! The position available is in a vibrant and established downtown dental office with a reputation for excellence and unbelievable patients. Your ability to connect with and provide excellent, professional, and personalized service to those patients will be the measure of your success and potential. We are looking for a Dental Hygienist 2-3 days a week. The ideal candidate is great at communication, patient education, confident with periodontal diagnosis and treatment and must be a team player. We are an office where everyone helps out and is cross trained with the universal goal of doing everything we can for the benefit of the patient.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RDH license in good standing (state licensure required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proficient with Dentrix software and digital radiography
• Strong periodontal diagnosis and treatment skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Punctual and able to maintain a 1-hour appointment schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical hygiene experience
• Local anesthesia certification
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

• Perform adult and child prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance appointments
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting, assessments, and diagnosis
• Expose and interpret digital radiographs using Dentrix and Sidexis
• Deliver personalized patient education on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records within Dentrix
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the dental team to support seamless patient care
