We’re looking for a motivated General Dental Assistant with 1+ years of experience to join our patient-focused, team-oriented practice. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional chairside support, ensuring a seamless patient experience, and maintaining high standards of sterilization and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during composite and amalgam procedures
• Take, develop, and review dental X-rays
• Perform sterilization duties and maintain a clean operatory
• Coordinate patient care, answer questions, and ensure patient comfort
• Assist with front-desk support and administrative tasks as needed
• Utilize **Curve Dental ** for scheduling, charting, and patient records
• Operate Curve to support clinical workflows and digital documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
• DANB X-ray Certification (required)
• CPR/BLS Certification (preferred)
• Dental Assistant Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to a patient-centered approach and continuous improvement

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $16 - $23 per hour (commensurate with experience and certifications)
