We’re currently seeking a skilled Orthodontic Assistant who brings experience, professionalism, and a great attitude to our growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for
• Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures, including:
  • Wire changes and adjustments
  • Appliance deliveries
  • Bonding and debonding
  • Band seating
• Capture intraoral photos and digital scans
• Pour and mount models; fabricate Essix-style retainers and splints
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Support daily operations including charting, stocking, and organization

Requirements

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience (required)
• A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for helping others and being part of a great team
