Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry procedures
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene techniques, and preventive care
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and office team to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to OSHA and HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to a patient-centered approach and continuous learning

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Emphasis on work-life balance and predictable hours

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: 225,000 - 300,000 per year
