Key Responsibilities

• Assist with banding and bracketing procedures
• Change archwires and place separators
• Polish teeth and prepare surfaces for bonding
• Capture and document orthodontic records (photos, impressions, X-rays)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Perform sterilization and infection control duties

Qualifications

• 1+ years of orthodontic assistance experience
• Certification or willingness to obtain:
  • RDA License
  • CPR/BLS
  • X-Ray Certification
  • Orthodontic Assistant Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Ability to work Monday–Friday in a collaborative dental team

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $25 – $32 per hour
