🦷 Dental Hygienist – Full-Time | Whiteland / Greenwood
$45–$55/hr | 4-Day Week schedule

We’re a privately owned, patient-focused dental office in the Whiteland/Greenwood area looking for a full-time hygienist who wants to feel supported, respected, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
This is a great fit for someone who is tired of being rushed, underappreciated, or burned out—and wants a team that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance.

• No double-booking- 30-40 minutes for children, 50-60 minutes for adults. You decide.

Compensation & Benefits

• $45–$55/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

• Establishing new patient and providing initial hygiene treatment appropriate for each patient.
• Preventive care and periodontal maintenance
• Patient education and building long-term relationships
• Working closely with a supportive doctor and team
• Helping patients feel comfortable and cared for

Requirements

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Indiana
• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented
• Someone who values quality care over rushing
• Experience is great—but personality and attitude matter more
