About the Role

What You'll Do

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for patients — in person and over the phone
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments with efficiency and care
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes seamlessly
• Verify dental insurance, process claims, and handle billing inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of dental receptionist or dental front office experience
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to delivering a five-star patient experience

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday (4-day work week!)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $30 – $40 per hour, based on experience
