About the Role

We are a patient-centered dental practice looking for a skilled and motivated dental assistant to join our close-knit team. If you thrive in a friendly, positive environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, this is the opportunity for you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of the practice. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures
• Taking and processing digital and traditional impressions
• Performing X-rays in compliance with safety and certification standards
• Temporary crown fabrication and support during restorative procedures
• Assisting with composite and amalgam procedures
• Carrying out sterilization duties to maintain a clean, safe clinical environment
• Operating digital scanning technology and the Cerec machine for crowns and bridges

Schedule

This is a Monday through Thursday position — enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with Fridays off!

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of dental assisting experience
• Proficiency with digital scanning and Cerec machine operation (crowns & bridges)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• A genuine passion for patient care

Certifications Required/Preferred:

• DANB X-Ray Certification
• Dental Assistant Certification

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience
