Responsibilities
As a key member of our patient care team, your core responsibilities will include:
- Performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance with precision and care
- Conducting comprehensive periodontal charting and full-mouth radiographs
- Delivering thorough patient education on oral hygiene techniques and home care best practices
- Collaborating with the dentist and clinical team on treatment planning to support optimal patient outcomes
- Building lasting relationships with patients through attentive, compassionate chairside care

Requirements
- Active state RDH license (or eligibility upon graduation) required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- X-ray certification required; local anesthesia permit a plus
- New graduates are encouraged to apply — no prior clinical experience beyond accredited hygiene program required
- Strong patient communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care
