Are you a newly graduated dental hygienist ready to launch your career in a warm, patient-centered practice? We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team on a Monday–Thursday schedule — giving you a 3-day weekend, every week!

We are a Small private practice with a Team of 7, with 1 Doctor, 2 assistants, 2 hygienists and 2 front desk. Our office is equipped with Dentrix, Dexis, allowing our team to deliver modern, efficient, and high-quality care to every patient.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $44 – $48 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday (enjoy every Friday off!)

Responsibilities

In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional preventative and periodontal care, including:

• Performing routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Taking and interpreting radiographs
• Providing thorough patient education on oral hygiene and home care
• Collaborating on treatment planning tailored to each patient's needs
• Delivering periodontal maintenance and preventative treatments

Requirements

Required:

• Active RDH license (or eligibility to obtain licensure upon graduation)
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Valid dental radiography (X-ray) certification
• A genuine passion for patient care and oral health education
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Preferred:
